So my sister asked that I photograph her wedding in early February. When she asked me, I was touched and honored that she'd think of me, and agreed without hesitation.
Now, while I'm not having second thoughts, the serious nature of what I've committed to is sinking in. Among the things I'm doing beforehand is spending more and more quality time with our digital SLR -- like so many things, reading books is helpful, but the best way to take better pictures is to take lots of pictures.
